Schools cannot stop students from attending upscale unpaid costs: HC

Nagpur: On a jolt to a private school, which allegedly harassed students and parents at unpaid costs despite clear direction from the Supreme Court, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court on Friday clarified that no school could stop classes online or restraint results They are through unpaid costs.

They prayed for direction to respondents to launch an excessive investigation collected by school for years.
According to the applicant, school actions and all other private schools from students tried from attending online classes and resisting their results is a violation of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution and the Rights Terms of Free and Mandatory Education Act, 2009.
