The Government of Uttar Pradesh has delayed the reopening date for all schools and colleges in the state until January 23 starting January 16.
Previously all educational institutions were announced to be closed until 16 Jan remembering the increasing cases of covid omicron.
However, classes and tests will continue to be held in online mode for schools and colleges above.
The previous state government has announced schools until the 8th standards become closed posts that decide to turn off the offline class for everyone.
Capital State Lucknow also canceled its semester examination scheduled to be held from January 15 to January 31.
