Nagpur: The day after the Ganga Jamuna was drawn, the sex worker there was still worried about their future.
The source said that two leading NGOs from Pune and Sangli were eager to visit Ganga Jamuna, a red light area that had a history of almost 300 years, to eradicate protests in the coming days.
Amitesh Kumar City Police Chief on Thursday issued an order to seal a brothel while half a dozen places issued by the show notice.

Hemlata Lohave Social Workers, Project Managers for the Indian Red Cross Society, said that sustainable campaigns needed in Ganges Jamuna “to protest this police action endangering so many family livelihoods here”.
Zonal DCP Lohit Matani said that most sex workers gathered to the Ganges of Jamuna from the outside.
“There are many invalid construction in areas that need to be handled legally and encroachment,” he said.
Meanwhile, the NCP leader Jwala Dhote visited Ganga Jamuna to raise the voice of the “arbitrary action” of the police.
He vowed to launch a celebration of the day slope after independence.
