Sealing order for brothels, show reasons for half a dozen places in Ganga Jamuna

Nagpur: The day after the Ganga Jamuna was drawn, the sex worker there was still worried about their future.
The source said that two leading NGOs from Pune and Sangli were eager to visit Ganga Jamuna, a red light area that had a history of almost 300 years, to eradicate protests in the coming days.
Amitesh Kumar City Police Chief on Thursday issued an order to seal a brothel while half a dozen places issued by the show notice.
The police are now arranged to immediately notify locality as ‘forbidden zones that have a brothel with illegal meat trade racquets in it’.
This notice, under Part 7 of the Traffig (ITPA) that is immoral (ITPA), will further seal the fate of residents as any activity that involves sex work will be held as a command violation and therefore is responsible for action.
After clogging the path with barricades and the spread of the severe police eliminated the area, the top police issued a notification on Thursday under 144 criminal procedure (CRPC) code that entered the location to commit a crime.
“Notifications below section 7 itpa will also be issued immediately,” said CP and added, “Residents can stay and continue to live and access important commodities and services but there is no sex work or related activities such as asking for a brothel and so on.
Allowed.
Now issue sealing orders for brothels according to law.
“Two CRPC 144 notifications and part 7 (3) itpa will make someone responsible for action if they visit Ganga Jamuna for sex work.
Hemlata Lohave Social Workers, Project Managers for the Indian Red Cross Society, said that sustainable campaigns needed in Ganges Jamuna “to protest this police action endangering so many family livelihoods here”.
Zonal DCP Lohit Matani said that most sex workers gathered to the Ganges of Jamuna from the outside.
“There are many invalid construction in areas that need to be handled legally and encroachment,” he said.
Meanwhile, the NCP leader Jwala Dhote visited Ganga Jamuna to raise the voice of the “arbitrary action” of the police.
He vowed to launch a celebration of the day slope after independence.
