Searches started at the company to build noida heliport

Noida: Noida authority on Friday floated global tenders for the Heliport project in the 151A sector.
The company which will eventually be selected must build and operate the Heliport for 30 years.
The company must build not only aeronautical facilities, but non-aeronautics and passengers too.
While Aeronautics facilities include aerodrome control services, lighting airfield, taxiway, helipad, traffic signals, apron, firefighting buildings, and so on, non-aeronautical services means managing vehicle parking, cargo, reception area, kitchen and central settings for employees.
The authority will hold a meeting with a company interested in January 31 and is expected to choose agency in April.
“When the project must be developed through a public-private partnership model, we have waited ahead of the state government.
Financial and technical backgrounds and interested company expertise will be evaluated before the most suitable selected,” said Ritu Maheshwari, Chief Executive Authority.
The project is estimated to cost Rs 43 Crore and will be designed according to.
The size and specifications of helicopter utility, Bell 412, and popular variants.
It is widely used by private and commercial operators and by defense forces, Bell 412 is quite wide to accommodate 12 passengers.
Heliport has been imagined as a base for air taxi services to IGI airports in Delhi and Noida International Airport to be repalled as well as shuttle services to nearby tourist attractions.rajiv Tyagi, said the apron parking will have it capacity to provide parking spaces for five Helicopter at once.
“The operator must also make provisions to enable MI 172 movement and parking, which is wide enough to accommodate 26 passengers at once and are used for emergency operations and to transport VIP,” he added.
Terminal building, Tyagi said, will be designed to allow the movement of 40 people at a time – 20 down from the helicopter and the other 20 climbed them.
Officials clarified that operations would only be allowed that day.
Heliport will appear at 9.3 hectares in the village of Cambakshpur in the 151A sector.
While the authority will give the right to use the land for commercial operations, it will order part of income.
While determining the terms and conditions in the tender document, the authority has explained that the facility will be named Heliport Noida.
Bank guarantee around RS 1.3 Crore must be saved by the concession holder.
