Bengaluru: Market Regulator Sebi issued a confirmation command on Monday regarding the trafficking of inside by employees Infosys and Wipro in Stock Infy.
In the temporary order passed in September, Sebi has prevented employee of Ramit Chaudhri and Wipro Keyur Maniar from accessing the securities market and also directed confiscating the illegal results of Rs 2.6 Crore.
In the confirmation order, Sebi said the number was saved.
The order said that if Chaudhri and Maniar have an open position in the derivative contract traded in various exchanges such as the order date, they can close / fulfill the open position within three months from the order date or at that time.
