Second pine against the kablana to carve illegal colony

Gurgaon: Six people, including Gaje Singh Kablana – Former Board Member and Husband Deputy Deputy Mayor Pramila Kablana – has been booked to carve for illegal colonies in the village of Sarai Allawadi in the city.
FIR is registered with the complaint of the Town Department and State Planning (DTCP) to develop illegal colonies without the approval and permission from the Government Department.
The previous DTCP has drives demolition in illegal colonies.
This is the second pine against the district this year to develop illegal colonies.
The District Planner District (Enforcement) Batth Hospital said the department had sent several notifications but they continued with the illegal development of colonies that violated the law and the norm.
“After attending the legal process, we recommend that we re-registration against landowners and developers due to legal violations,” Batth said added that they had drives demolition of illegal colonies and the shooting firework behind them the development of illegal colonies.
The department has filed a complaint of 59 pages along with the details of Jamabandi, registry documents, copies of mutations and copies of notifications issued by the department.

On the basis of complaints of cases registered in Section 10 Development Haryana and the 1975 Act Act Regional Regulation at the Bajhera Police Station against Nikunj Kumar from New Delhi, Pramood Kumar Saluja from Sector 14 Gurgaon, Surender Mandal from Ashok Vihar Phase-3, Anant Friend of New Palam Vihar , Gaje Singh Kablana and Naresh Narwal from Gurgaon.
Gaje Singh Kablana when contacted refused all the alleged and said he took a legal opinion about this problem.
