Nagpur: South East Central Railway (SECR) has changed the Loco pilot training center in Motibagh to the Covid Care Center (CCC) 30 beds with oxygen supply and other facilities, as part of his readiness to overcome the anticipated third wave attack.
, SECR has managed 100% first dose and vaccination of 49% seconds for nearly 12,000 employees and their family members from various countries, by running a special train.
Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Maninder UPPAL, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Training Center – which already has a bed in its hostel – converted into Covid care facilities without waiting for a budget allocation from headquarters.
UPPAL has employed 10 doctors, 20 nurses and four paramedic staff for factorative facilities.

He said SECR employees and their families were largely dependent on the 50-bed train hospital which was under the Central Railway (CR).
