Nagpur: The phenomenon of cold wave rail fractures has encouraged the authority of the Nagpur Nagpur Division of the South East Central Railway (secr) to deploy around 200 people activated GPS to supervision tracks and manual plates at night.
Tracks and plates tend to develop deficiencies and fractures with mercury dipping levels and can cause serious situations.
