Letter: The 35-year-old security guard on Tuesday was convicted because of the 12-year-old childhood of a luxury residential apartment in Adjan in 2018.

The defendant was convicted of the parts of the Indian Code 377 (unnatural violations), 506 (criminal intimidation) and the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso).
In the incident, a 12-year-old child, son of a builder, came home at night crying from pain and when he was asked about that reason, revealing a terrible story and that his two friends were also sodomized by security.

Then, the builder contacted the parents of two other victims who lived on the same housing campus confirmed about the attack.
He then approached the police along with two other parents and three boys and filed official complaints.
Tiwari first began to threaten one of the victims to frame him for stealing his cellphone.

After a successful attempt, the defendant then used the same technique on two other boys too.
Tiwari will take children to his room when they go play in the play area of the apartment, added the police.
