Chennai: K Shanmughanathan, who is the former Minister of Personal Minister Nadu Nadu composure for almost 50 years, died at Chennai hospital on Tuesday afternoon due to age complications related to age.
He is 80 years old.
He joined the grace as his personal secretary in 1969.
