KOCHI: Lakshadweep-based activist and filmmaker Aisha Sultana will look prior to the analysis creation on Sunday in connection with a sedition case filed against her.
Talking to colleagues in Kochi on Saturday prior to leaving Lakshadweep to appear ahead of the authorities, Sultana said that she will”fully cooperate” with the investigation.
“I haven’t done anything contrary to the country.
The allegation is based on a phrase which I said.
It’s my duty to demonstrate my situation,” she explained.
During a discussion on a TV station on the continuing protests from the islanders from some proposed legislation and activities of this government, Sultana had stated that a’bio-weapon’ was used contrary to the islanders.
An FIR was filed against her to sedition.
The activist had later explained that she contrasted the secretary Praful Khoda Patel using a bio-weapon rather than the government or even the nation.
Sultana stated she’ll still continue to oppose the anti-people actions of this government and struggle before the islanders gain justice.
The Kerala HC needed on Thursday granted interim anticipatory bail to Sultana from the situation.
She stated she hasn’t done anything wrong and can be convinced justice could prevail.
