Mumbai: Taking a new excavation at BJP who had accused the previous allies Shiv Sena from overcoming the Hindutva only on paper, the MP Sanjay Raut party on Tuesday said Sena was the first party in the country to oppose the selection on the Hindutva board.
He referred to the Bypoll in 1987-88 to the chair assembly Parle which was vicious that Sena Ramesh Prabhu was contested on the Hindutva agenda.
Prabhu won and defended the chair in the 1990 assembly poll In digging in Devendra Fadnivis.
Fresh Acrimony broke out between turmeric parties after CM Uddhav Thackeray said on Sunday the party had thrown 25 years in the Alliance with BJP.
However, Rauut seems to have been too far away and remove the tweet after MP BJP Poonam is well objected.
The expression has shared an old Laxman cartoon published in Toi, showing Pramod Mahajan takes instructions from Bal Thackeray.
“Two ‘men’ (Mard) form an alliance for hindutva and the expression should not share ‘unmanly’ (namard) cartoon,” wrote Poonam Mahajan in Marathi.
Raut then said he should not feel hurt and that Thackeray’s family and Mahajan share a very close bond.
