Thiruvananthapuram: The family court here directs the child’s welfare council to submit a child’s DNA report allegedly given to adoption for the Andhra pair, without the consent of biological parents, on November 30.
Given the controversial case, the court was expressed by satisfaction for the progress of the investigation into the complaint that the baby was and allegedly taken from his biological mother Anupama S Chandran by his parents and was handed over to the Child Welfare Council.
The court also criticized the council because it did not propose a copy of the proven from the adoption affiliate certificate, the Board had received from the Authority of the Supervisory Supervisor of the State Adoption.
Following the command of the council, a team of four members led by the DSP Special Youth Police Unit has gone to Andhra Pradesh to restore children to DNA tests.
The council on Thursday issued an order to restore children in five days for the exam to determine whether the claim made by Anupama over the child is true or not.
The court will consider this case again on November 30.
