Chandigarh: The Government Haryana is ready to launch a voluntary program, ‘Semarpan’, which aims to bind volunteers to serve the community, said Minister of Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday, while leading a meeting at Chandigarh.
CM said the program program was aimed at building people and better volunteers involved in this program will also play an important role in limiting crime through counseling through counseling.
During registration for this program, volunteers must enter their details and the area they are willing to work.
They will also enter this information at the time of applying and also the number of hours of volunteers will be able to work for this program in a week.
Based on the details provided by volunteers, their services will be given according to their interest area.
CM said the program’s focus was in the social sector.
