Gurgaon: Anil Hasija, Vice President Gopal Dass Estates and Housing, the developer Ardee City, was arrested from his house in Gurgaon on Thursday.

Gopal Dass & Housing Estates and associated companies were given three licenses – in 1995, 1997 and 2002 – for the development of their flagship property, Ardee City and Palm Grove Heights, more than 209 hectares in sectors 51-52 and 57.
However, in subsequent years, the residents filed several complaints with CM complaint cell and DTCP are accused ‘mismanagement’.
