Osijek: Rahi Sarnobat who bonded the Olympics showed a sensational form to win a 25m women’s gold medal in the ISSF shooting World Cup on Monday but Manu’s sensation of teenagers ended seventh in the same event.
Sarnobat gold was the first Indian in the ongoing edition after the country secured a silver medal and two previous bronze in the tournament.
30-year-old Sarnobat fired the final score of 39 after fulfilling the second requirement with a total of 591.
His extraordinary appearance in the final included a perfect score in the third, third, fifth and sixth series.
Silver went to Mathilde Lamolle France, who scored 31 in the final.
In qualifications, Sarna fired a brilliant 296 at Right Fire Round on Monday.
His precision score is 295 that is equally impressive on Sundays.
Bhaker recorded a total of 588 to qualify the third after firing 296 at Rapid Fire Round on Monday after 292 impressive on Sunday.
However, he was eliminated at the beginning of the final with a disappointing score of 11, losing a shot to Viktoria Chaika Bulgaria.
Bhaker has collaborated with Saurabh Chaudhary for a 10m pistol gun mixture.
He previously won the bronze 10m water pistol team with 10m with Sarnobat and Yashaswini desk.
Before that, Chaudhary had won an individual bronze medal of 10m water pistol.
