New Delhi: The equity index surged to the highest lifetime fresh in opening trading on Monday with BSE Sensex benchmarks up more than 400 points, led by profits in metal stock and automatically.
At 9:40 a.m., the 30-share BSE index rose 410 points or 0.73 percent at a fresh peak of 56,535; While the wider NIFTY NSE traded 123 points or 0.74 percent higher at 16,829 for the first time.
The top players in the Sensex package include Tata Steel, Titan, Bajaj Finance, Bharti Airtel, L & T and M & M and their shares up 2.27 percent.
While Mahindra technology, HCL Tech and TC are the only trading stock in red.
On the NSE platform, sub-index nifty metal, automatically and realty rose as much as 2.03 percent.
Wireless Carrier Bharti Airtel rose by 1.8 percent after saying that he planned to collect up to RS 21,000 Crore ($ 2.86 billion) through the sale of shares to the existing shareholders, because of building a warner to prepare for the service launch of 5G.
Eight of the 10 most valuable companies together added Rs 1,90,032.06 Crore in the market assessment last week, with Tata Consultation Services and the Reliance Limited industry became the main enhancer.
Sensex rose 795.40 points or 1.43 percent.

Meanwhile, Asian stocks began a week with a rise after Powell hit a more dovish tone than some of the expected investors, showing that the US central bank could begin to reduce the bond purchase program at the end of the year but did not provide a strong timeline.
