Sensex Hits New On Reliance, Asia Market Boost

Mumbai: Benchmark BNSX Sensex jumped to a new high Monday.
The Blue-Chip Nifty 50 index rose 0.44% at 17,399 and the S & P BSE Sensex benchmark rose 0.46% to 58,394.
Oil-to-Telecoms Conglomerate Reliance Industries Ltd.
and Hindalco Industries Ltd.
is one of the top players on Nifty 50, each of which earned 2.4% and 1.8% respectively.
Weak US employment reports, raising hopes that the US Federal Reserve can continue its economic support for a longer period, is the main driver of a surge.
The recent surge in the domestic stock market was mostly behind gradual easing from locking and hours of night, and increased economic activity.
The Indian GDP growth rate for the April-June FY22 quarter is 20.1 percent because of the low base and acceleration of economic activity.
In 2020, Pandemi had hit the country’s GDP, which was contracted by 24.4 percent during Q1FY21.
