According to experts, investors are now eyeing the first quarterly income season, with Consultancy (TCS) services will report the results today.
“With the winning season, the market might get direction because most of the positive triggers have been taken into account,” Gaurav Garg, a research head at Capitalvia Global Research told the Reuters news agency.
“IT companies are expected to announce strong income but we may see some corrections if there are shortcomings in their results because the expectations of this sector are very high,” he added.
In addition, banking stocks rested after the Bank of India (RBI) reserves were fined 14 banks – including SBI, Bank of Baroda, Bank Indusind – on Wednesday to conflict with various regulatory norms, including loans to NBFC.
Meanwhile, foreign institutional investors (FIIS) are clean buyers in the capital market because they buy shares worth RS 532.94 Crore on Wednesday, according to temporary exchange data.
