New Delhi: Delhi High Court has issued a notice of the request submitted by the school principal who accused that he was suspended by administration because it did not donate money for the construction of RAM temple in Ayodhya.
The woman also claimed she was paid low.
Looking for instructions to cancel the suspension and restore his work with a full back wage, the woman alleged that he was convicted because he could not donate money for the temple project.
While claiming that he was suddenly transferred to the Bhalswa school branch in August last year without reason, the request alleged that he was not given time to collect all other diaries and other items from school.
“The target to collect or contribute Rs 70,000 to 1,00,000 Rs has been given by the public in February 2021 for all staff of all schools managed by the respondent community, for the purpose of the construction of RAM Mandir in Ayodhya.
Staff has been asked to convince their students or parents to Contributing or visiting the market for donations from shop owners or the general public.

Advocate Khagesh Jha told the court that the teacher’s husband met with a serious accident in 2016 and lost a vision in one eye, some fractures and had to include three stems in the legs during the operation and some neurological disorders, because he suffered from occasional attack epilepsy.

He was also accused of “incompetent” despite having 20 years of experience, the request added.
The High Court has posted a request for December 17 to hear school and community stands.
