PARIS: World number two Daniil Medvedev hasn’t won a game in the French Open, nevertheless the Russian is feeling confident ahead of their claycourt Grand Slam, that begins on Sunday.
Medvedev dropped all of his four first-round games at Roland Garros since his introduction in 2017 and contains just one win to his own title on clay this year.
“I must mention coming was my very first training yesterday, I had been playing amazing so much,” Medvedev, that will begin his campaign against Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik, told a news conference on Friday.

“So far I have been enjoying amazing.

“Most significant is to perform great, really have a player which also does not want clay, but he will prefer the terms here.
