Set aside the festival, said the body of Handi’s forehead

Mumbai: Maharashtra’s head of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray on Monday told Handi’s forehead organizers who would come that the state must provide an example by setting aside the celebration of the festival to dispose of the correnciavirus completely.
Speaking at the Virtual Committee meeting, CM said that residents’ health must be given priority during a pandemic.
Forehead Handi Festival, which is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Krishna, involves people who hang the ground pot filled with forehead (yogurt) or other milk-based dishes, with a height that is comfortable or difficult to achieve.
Young men, boys and girls form teams, make human pyramids and try to achieve or break the pot.
This festival enjoys political patronization in Maharashtra with various parties who regulate the handsis forehead and announce prizes for Govindas, which break the pan.
A statement from the Office of the Minister of Chief (CMO) said the organizer of the Handi’s forehead responded positively to Thackeray’s appeal and talked about holding social and health related activities to mark the birth of Lord Krishna.
BJP, however, demands Handi’s forehead festival be allowed to be set in certain conditions traditionally.
“Those who have taken the dose of the Covid-19 vaccine must be allowed to regulate the traditional forehead with a low altitude without crowding.
The festival should not be prohibited,” said BJP Mla Ashish Shelan.
Speaking at the meeting, Thackeray said the Covid-19 pandemic had forced various restrictions on people’s daily lives.
“This restriction is for people’s welfare.
Only a few people talk about protesting these sidewalks.
They prefer protest against Coronavirus and not opposing the government,” he said.
The minister’s chairman said the whole world staggered under a pandemic who had destroyed many families and orphans.
“Countries that have been vaccinated most of their citizens felt the heat of the third wave of pandemic and locked up again,” he said.
Thackeray said the two pandemic waves were receding in several districts in Maharashtra but peaked in several other places.
“This is the window period that we must use to ensure that people’s livelihoods are not affected and the economic cycle continues,” he said.
Thackeray reiterated that locking must be forced again if the daily demand for medical oxygen across 750 metric tons in Maharashtra.
During the meeting, the head of the state assignment of the state of Covid-19 Dr.
Sanjay Oak said that physical distance could not be maintained during the celebration of Handi forehead when people relate to each other while forming a human pyramid.
“Facial masks are of no use if they are wet in water.
The Delta variant plus spread quickly.
Even if one person is infected, the entire group runs the risk of catching Covid-19 infection,” he said.
He asked the organizers to keep the festive spirit by arranging camps to contribute blood and covid-19 treatment equipment.
