Nagpur: Towards the Diwali Festival, thousands of train passengers will be included in the inconvenience on October 27, 29 & 30, after the central train canceled at least 13 trains / express to Mumbai and Pune, the most sought after route.
In addition, the train also has six trains stopped shortly between Kacheguda-Narched-Kacheguda, Amravati-Tirupati-Amravati, Amravati-Surat-Amravati.
According to officials, the train has been canceled because the block for the infrastructure works in Badera in the Bhusaval division.
Central Railway will do blocks for non-interrelated jobs in connection with the incorporation of the upper and lower goods cabin in the Badaa Route Relay interrelated (RRI) and to connect connectivity to the cart repair workshop.
RRI is one of the important signaling systems for large yards.
Speaking with Toi, Central train officials claimed to be before Diwali, all canceled trains were drawing homes packed between Nagpur-Mumbai-Nagpur and Pune-Nagpur-Pune and also had a waiting list.
The decision has been taken by the headquarters level.
There will be a speed limit to 30kmph to 4 km in the upper and downstairs until the completion of the job.
“Consider 1,200 passengers traveling on one train, at least 15,000 passengers will be affected because 13 trains that have been canceled.
These passengers have to pay through the nose because private bus operators are also charged around RS 3,000 for one-sided fare,” said Rail Yatri Sangh (RYS) President of Brij Bhushan Shukla.
Shukla slams the train to suck passengers with short notice.
“People have booked tickets well and will now be included in serious discomfort,” he said.
