Mumbai: Special Investigation Team (Sitting) formed by Yavatmal Police Supervisors (SP) Dilip Patil-Bhujbal gave a clean chit to the former Forest Minister Sanjay Rathod, who faced charges of seeking sexual assistance from a woman.
The woman denied filing complaints, SP said.
He said in Yavatmal on Saturday that because no complaints raised by women or close relatives against Shiv Sena Mla from Digras, he had been given clean chit.
“There is no question about filing a brilliant against Rathod, which has recorded his statement by sitting on August 19,” he said.
