Sex Workers Died of Covid-19, Girls Score 80% in SSC

Nagpur: More than feeling happy to see the good score at SSC Mark Sheet, a 16-year-old daughter of a sex worker from the red light locality Ganga Jamuna, remembering how her mother would encourage her to learn hard.

The teenage girl has scored 80.6% while her brother is 69%.
A group of students including three orphans from Ganga Jamuna had cleaned up the SSC, with most of them scored more than 80% this year.
These students are supported by the Sharanasthan Charable Society NGO who have worked for sex workers from Ganga Jamuna for the past years.
The girl choked while remembering how her mother motivated her to succeed.
After marriage, his mother traded to the red light area at the age of 15 from Odisha.
He was a teenager when he became the mother of two in Odisha.
After coming to town, he gave birth to children who cleaned the SSC exam on Friday.
The 16-year-old girl lived in a hostel where she was accommodated with the help of the founders of Sharanasthan Easo Daniel and his wife Leela.
“My mother always asks me about study, results and percentages every time we meet,” said the teenager.
Teenagers said he hoped to score 90% but somehow fell short.
“After STD XII, I will appear for the National Defense Academy Exam, and for UPSC after graduating,” he said.
“We have learned hard to attend our online classes,” said a five-year-old teenager and his brother a year younger when they came to Sharanthan.
Lela said that their mother was interested in her children in life.
“The sister and their sister moved away from the red light area and get a livelihood by doing another job,” Leela said.
The other 16-year-old girl, who scored 70%, said she was aspiring to become a firefighter.
Another girl, who scored 69%, said she dreamed of becoming a military officer.
One of the girls, who gets 73%, aspires to become a doctor.
