Ahmedabad: The State Government (GAD) Department of the State Government on Thursday suspends Maya Patel, representative of MODASI collectors in Arvalli Regency, after he was arrested for following other government employees and sent obscene messages.
The sources in Gad said when Patel was arrested by Cyber Cyber Ahmedabad police on Tuesday, he had been suspended like a standard procedure of the Department.
On the other hand, the woman who accused Patel sent obscene pictures to their sons, husbands and other family members, along with various other violations, also moved from their post at Taluka Panchayat to another department at the State Secretariat.
Patel was detained by City Police on Monday for allegedly harassing class 2 government officers with sexual comments, threats and sending obscene images to family members.
According to his complaint was submitted on Monday, Patel, 28, a resident of Shihora Village in Kapadwanj Taluka from Kheda Regency, had met the Reporter for the first time in 2016 during the state government event and they often met for work purposes.
The complainant must fulfill Patel for government events, where he has taken his cellphone number and starts talking to him.
The complainant and defendant then began visiting their homes and had a good relationship.
Because Patel began to make progress, he stopped talking to him, which made him angry as far as he began to harass him.
Patel has nine SIMs, including one of the governments allocated, using it he harassed the complainant, disturbed him to establish a relationship with him.
Patel used to disrupt his personal and professional life, because he stopped talking to him.
He would call him from various numbers and if he did not answer his phone, he would continue to call and send a message from a different number, a police officer said.
He was also thought to get used to getting a complainant location by misusing his strength and will reach wherever he wants to raise him, a police officer said.
Patel also began calling her husband and her in-laws and threatened them with terrible consequences.
The complainant family also approached the patel family, to try to persuade him not to harass it, but he did not stop.
Recently, he sent obscene pictures from him to his son, husband and father-in-law, after which the complainant approached the city police and filed a complaint of sexual harassment.
