Coimbatore: Police All-Woman Furse on Friday arrested a 40-year-old man on charges of his daughter’s sexual striker who was 17 years old for six years.
His wife, who suffered thyroid problems for six years, often visited Chennai for treatment.
His condition requires him to take sedative pills and rest during the day.
Allegations, a golden artisan, used the condition of his wife to attack her daughter’s sex.
He threatened him that he would kill his mother, if he revealed the incident to others.
On August 28, it could not bear sexual torment, the girl told her mother about her father.
Next, the girl approached the police and filed a complaint against her father.
The police registered a case against the man below 5 (L), (M) (n), (q) read with 6 protection of children from sexual laws and parts 506 (II) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The police arrested the man and produced him before a special court for Pocso cases.
He was then released in court detention.
