Shahid Kapoor launched a widely awaited film trailer, ‘Jersey’, co-starring Mrunal Thakur in the main role.

At the launch of the trailer, Shahid spoke at length about the lock last year, shooting in the middle of a pandemic and waiting for two years for the theater to open.
He said, “It’s nice to interact with you and it’s also in the theater.
I really haven’t been in Mumbai.
I have stayed with my family in Punjab through most of this and we have shot in various places in Punjab.
I almost forget about how It feels like being an actor.
I’m busy with my family, take care of children and things like that.
”

Deciphering further he added, “It’s amazing to return to the theater again and celebrate the cinema where it should be celebrated which is a big screen.
I don’t think we will lose our love for this.
It’s just a different feeling.”
Shahid also praised the ‘Soororavanshi’ Rohit Shetty, starring Akshay Kumar because he was the first film released after the theater reopened Postown related to Postemic.
He said, “One of the most cheering teams is, ‘Soororiavanshi’.
Everyone wants the film to function so they can release their films.
Congratulations to the ‘Soororiavanshi’ team because they have the guts to go there and become the first in line.
Not easy to do that.

“Content traveled in a different way now and I am very happy that I have worked with a team like ‘Jersey’.
This is the most amazing, collaborative, and most understanding team I’ve done.
When Covid happened, we were almost 50 percent of This film.
We decided to stop shooting because it was not safe.
We have children and my father is there.
We don’t want to take risks.
There was no vaccine at that time.
It took a long time to finish the rest of the film.
It’s a long trip for us .
We are clear that we will not release this film except the open cinema.
We really waited for two years, “the actor added.
On a lighter note, Shahid also added that he was beaten by the ball in the film.
He told stories told the audience at the launch of the trailer that they preferred this film because he was injured shooting for it.
