Meerut: Yogheshs Raj, former Head of Bulandshahr Bajrang and who was accused of violence Shyana, has submitted a nominated paper to oppose the Uttar Pradesh Assembly poll from the constituency of Sharan as an independent candidate as a candidate.
Raj is currently in prison for alleged role in the murder of a top police inspector during the violence of December 2018.
He has won Panchayat’s poll last year and defeated his rival with a large margin.
In his absence, eight-month pregnant wife Raj, Priyanka Raj has appealed emotionally to the public to support her husband.
His mother Kamlesh Raj, meanwhile, left the door to the door to campaign for his son.
On Sunday, Raj’s family claimed that some “anti-social elements” attacked the office formed for strategies for his poll campaign.
They added that they were threatened to pull nominations.
Speaking with Toi, Priyanka called the accusation against her “fake” husband.
“I know my husband is innocent.
The people know the same,” said the 22-year-old.
He was 22 years ago and had a law degree.
Priyanka also claims that her husband’s application for the “lost” selection contest.
Her husband, which stated that he was the 12th and 26-year-old permit, had sent the application to conduct a poll to the district judge, which forwarded the same thing to the officer who returned.
“A senior bureaucrat takes it.
All of this is a plot of my husband by BJP MLA for fear of losing the election,” Priyanka said.
Meanwhile, Raj Kamlesh’s mother has campaigned for her son.
He said he would door-to-door to look for a sound while caring for his daughter-in-law, who would welcome his first baby.
He added that he also had to take care of him at home and met a lawyer for the court process.
“He’s what I have.
I know my son is innocent and he will win,” Kamlesh claimed.
Raj came out with a guarantee until recently.
He gave up in court after the Supreme Court earlier this month left the Allahabad High Court order that gave him a guarantee.
The court added that “could not let lynching on the slaughter of cattle continue.” The Apex Court also asked the local court in Bulandshahr to share the status of this case, along with other accused.
