Shelter Home Case: HC Looking for Progress Report from the Government

Patna: The Patna High Court on Friday asked the state government to provide a week’s report on the progress made in the investigation into the alleged AMANTAL affair at Uttar Raksha Grih, a house placed in Gaighat.
The court also directed the government to investigate the problem by a female police officer who was not under the rank of the police deputy supervisor.
The Head of the Justice Head of Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice S Kumar, hearing registered Pills Suo Motu, requesting the Bihar State Legal Services Authority (Balsa) to ensure that all legal assistance is given to the complainant.
Advocate General Lalit Kishore, during the start of hearing, told the court that girl inmates from the shelter’s house that had made the allegations appear before the relevant authorities.
“On the basis of its accusations, FIR is registered at the Mahila Police Station in Patna.
The other FIR has been registered with respect to the case by NGO representatives, Mahila Manche,” Kishore said.
Kishore also told the court about the state government holder, where serious doubts had been raised at the first time on the authenticity and motives of narratives made by home prisoners.
Ag claimed that the girl had left the house taking shelter in August last year, and leveled up against the supervisor through the media for the first time in January.
“Second, the girl mentions its co-inmate, an illegal immigrant and a stranger at home to take refuge .
AG said there was no accusation like that which had been made before when the Juvenile justice council team checked the house shelter.
“The country’s authority has a strong foundation to doubt the accusation of the girl,” Kishore said.
The division bench asked for AG to submit Affidavit which detailed the Government Stand.
Advocacy Minu Kumari, who represents the shelter and Mahila Manchmith inmates, first denied the registration of any pine where the court asked him to hand over all objections and complaints a week.
The court immediately refused Minu’s request to make a complainant appear in front of the Division Bench through virtual mode.
The problem will now be heard on February 25.
