Nagpur: The court in Amravati watched a high drama no less than it was in the upper class case for more than 58 camels confiscated by police in the district.

The chain of events finally ended with anti-climax for herders who almost got the custody of the camel confiscated from them.
The camel was confiscated and their herders were arrested at suspicion that animals were brought to Hyderabad to be slaughtered.
After a strong battle in a lower court in Chandur Railway Town, the shepherds have custody in the camel.
This ownership is to conflict with more compensation bonds than Rs 50 Lakh divided between five shepherds.
The court also directs that camels must also be produced as and when directed.
Police should prepare detailed reports from camels using wild animals colored images.
Since seizures, camels are stored in Gokarkshan (cattle shelter) in Amravati.
Orders were passed on Tuesday night.
It was followed by a vacation on January 26.
Finally, when the shepherd reached Gorakshan, it took almost a day to get animals back.
At that night, rivals, NGOs were right, furnished.
The gate is closed and can remain in, said Manoj Kalla, a lawyer who represents the herders.

“When my client reached Gorakshan, there was an insistence that the camel had to be taken by the truck and did not walk.

Claims for camels are difficult to fight in court with high profile personalities that are in demand.

Shepherders from the Rabari community from Gujarat have support from leaders and activists from their country.
They took the camel on foot from Kutch to Amravati and further.
In addition to complainants, this case has two interveners – Earth Quotient, an NGO and Sujeet Kumar Chaudhary activist.
Their request in court is that camels must be taken to Rajasthan where they are ready to bear the costs.
The herders want animals to stay with them until the case continues.
Earlier this month, the police in Amravati confiscated 58 camels near the city of Dhamangaon based on complaints by Jasraj Rupchand, an animal activist from Hyderabad.
The accusation is that animals are taken to be slaughtered in Hyderabad.
Cases of cruelty of animals have been registered with shepherders who then secure a guarantee.
There is no law that prohibits the massacre of the camel in Maharasthra.
Immediately, CASE also intervened for others.
Even when Gandhi called the senior police investigating this problem, the application for intervention was submitted to take the camel to Rajasthan.
The shepherds insisted that they were taken to Rabari’s settlement in Vidarbha and Chattisgharh.

If the animals are taken to Hyderabad, the shepherds can leave Nanded which is a shorter route, not Amravati.
