Sherlyn Chopra has been applied by the arrest of fear of anticipatory guarantees in sustainable investigations in pornographic racquets, but the request has been rejected.
The Mumbai session court rejected the assurance application in the insert in the case of pornography related to the husband of employers and actor Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra.

While Raj Kundra is currently in a 14-day trial detention, Sherlyn has recorded his statement with the cell properties of the Mumbai branch branch.

Sherlyn also reportedly claimed that he told Raj he did not want to be involved with a married man where Raj replied that his relationship with his wife Shilpa Shetty was complicated.

After the arrest of Raj on July 19, Mumbai police had raided the Juhu Luxury Bungalow Raj and Shilpa Shetty.
Shilpa Shetty was questioned by the police and the actress stated that she was not involved in producing pornographic content.
He also mentioned that erotica was different from porn, the distribution whose husband was accused.
Apart from the case of pornography, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra also faced monetary penalty.
The market regulator Sebi has slapped Monetary Penalty in Vian Industries Ltd., Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Ripu Sudan Kundra aka Kundra, for irregularities of disclosure and violations of trafficking norms in the insider.
According to the order, the total plan of RS 3 Lakh has been applied to Shilpa and Ripu, which is a promoter from Vian Industries.
