HubbalLi: Former CM Jagadish Shettar and Minister of Shankar District Patil Munenakoppa examined various development work taken under the City Smart project in Hubballi on Monday.
They checked worma at The Old Bus Stand, Tollankere and Belgaum Galli in the city.
Speaking at a review meeting at the Circuit House, Shettar said working under a smart city was almost complete and the projects would be inaugurated soon.
Shankar District Minister Patil Munenkoppa stressed that smart city work must be done at night, so that drivers do not face discomfort.
Of the 59 55 projects it was almost complete.
“I will talk to the Minister of Development Urban to inaugurate these works.
Because Covid-19, some of the works are delayed, I have directed officials to complete all projects in April,” he said.
