The Shilpa Shetty actor has moved the Bombay High Court to ask for orders to the content of slander in social media and websites.
The actress has quoted several wrong reports and slander and damage their reputation.
The report has emerged accusing its involvement and reaction to the ongoing investigation of her husband Raj Kundra and his involvement in cases related to the production and distribution of pornographic content.
Shilpa has demanded an unconditional apology from certain media homes, the elimination of all slanderous content and RS 25 crores compensation.
He has stated in its application that only a statement about his involvement in the crime and inquiry without verifying details has damaged his character and reputation.
He also stated that he was painted as a criminal and a woman who had left her husband because the ongoing criminal investigation continued against her husband.
The application also accused the media outlet quoted in the document to the court has issued a statement of slanderous, degrading, and not only slandering Shilpa, but has slandered its image.
They have caused damage that cannot be improved on his reputation in the community.

In this application, Shilpa also states that articles of slander and videos published in their names have reduced their reputation in the eyes of the public including fans, followers, brand ratification companies, business partners and peers who are now begin to believe in slanderous articles.

This application also states that the content of slandering published on it has slandered the image of family members, including small children and elderly parents and close colleagues for hatred, ridicule and humiliation, and losing their business.
He also said that his reputation was an integral part of his right to live under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
He also suggested that certain parts of the media must be held permanently from publishing false content about himself and damage caused by this coverage will never be compensated with money.
