Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has filed a lawsuit of defamation in the Bombay High Court against 29 media personnel and media houses to ‘carry out fake reporting & slander the image’ in the case of pornography where her husband Raj Kundra was accused.
The actress has quoted several wrong reports and slander and damage their reputation.
Now, according to Ani, the case trial has been scheduled for tomorrow.

Reportedly, Shilpa has demanded an unconditional apology from certain media homes, the elimination of all slanderous content and compensation of Rs 25 Crores.
In its application, the actress stated that the slander and false reports have reduced their reputation in the public eye, including fans, followers, brand ratification companies, business partners and peers.
He also stated that his reputation was an integral part of his right to live under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
He also suggested that certain parts of the media must be held permanently from publishing false content about himself and damage caused by this coverage will never be compensated by money.
Meanwhile, in front of the office, the film ‘Hungama 2’ Helmed by Priyadarshan has released on the OTT platform last Friday.
Apart from Shilpa, the film also displays, Meshaan Jafri, Paresh Rawal and Pranitha Subhash.
