After the Crime Branch Mumbai conducted a 6-hour search at Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s Juhu Residence on Friday night, the investigation team left the place after recording an actress statement in the case of pornography.
Now according to a mid-day report, Shilpa Shetty has so far denied its involvement in alleged sexually violations of explicit content transmission.
Reportedly, Shilpa also claims while noting a statement to the investigation team that the film available in the Kundra’s Hotshot application is not ‘pornography but erotica’ while quoting a ‘more obscene’ example of other OTT platforms.
Meanwhile, the crime branch has also confiscated electronic gadgets during a house attack.
The source close to the investigation has revealed that the involvement of Shilpa in this case is being examined now.
Speaking to Etimes, the source revealed, “The reason Shilpa has been under the scanner because he resigned from the director’s position in Vian Industries.” Because of the production operations and porn distribution allegedly handled by Vian Industries, the police have decided to see this problem and see if Shilpa benefits in any way from the money produced in the company.
The source also revealed that the Shilpa Bank account will also be examined for the same thing and the crime branch will also ensure how long it will serve as one of the company directors.
On the other hand, Kundrra also reportedly denied all the allegations against him in this case.
