Since Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch of Mumbai, new developments reported every day.
Raj’s wife, actress Bollywood Shilpa Shetty has now moved the High Court to slander content that has been published on the social media platform.
The actress has not filed a lawsuit against a media house, but according to the bar and bench, the actress also slams social media applications such as Facebook and Instagram to publish content that slander them.

Etime had previously confirmed that Shilpa Shetty had named 29 media personnel and media houses to ‘conduct fake reporting & slandered the picture’ in the case of pornography where her husband Raj Kundra was accused.
Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 and sent to durable on July 23.
Police Mumbai also invaded Raj and Shilpa Shetty Juhu Bungalow where Bollywood actress was questioned by the police.
Shilpa was reportedly maintained in his statement that her husband was not involved in producing pornographic content.
He also mentioned that erotica was different from porn, the distribution whose husband was accused.
Apart from the case of pornography, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have also been fined by Sebi.
The market regulator has slapped the monetary punishment of Rs 3 Lakh on Vian Industries Ltd., Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Ripu Sudan Kundra aka Kundra, for deviations disclosure and consequences of violations of trafficking norms.

Sherlyn Chopra recently alleged that Kundra had attacked him and was afraid to capture that the actress had filed an anticipatory guarantee.
However, the Mumbai session court rejected the assurance application in the insert in the case of pornography related to the Kundra businessman.
