Shiprocket to acquire 75% stake in Tech Wigzo

Mumbai: E-commerce Shiprocket shipping company on Friday said it has been “committed” to obtain 75 percent of the shares in the Tech Wigzo Customer Data Platform (CDP).
The proposed strategic acquisition will allow Shiprocket to expand the stack of products for online retailers on top of the platform, among others, the Startup said in the release without revealing the size of the agreement.
