New Delhi: A leader of Sena Shiv has transferred the Supreme Court to seek a judicial investigation into the affairs of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai and his official after Arrest Arya Khan, son of actor Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan in a case of alleged drug confiscation from a cruise ship in Mumbai.
The petition has urged the Apex Court to take Suo Moto’s awareness to protect the basic rights of Aryan who had been ordered under the NDPS law by NCB, Zonal Office, Mumbai.

Referring to the statement of the NCP leader and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik where he had given the asphalt on the NCB, the request said that the high time NCB was examined by the upper court judge to uncover the truth.
Aryan is currently submitted in Arthur Road in prison in Mumbai Tengah in the case of alleged drug confiscation from a cruise ship.
Based on the tip-off that the rave party is scheduled for the ship, the NCB team invades Cordelia Cruise Goa on October 2 night and allegedly using drugs, and then making arrests.
