Aurangabad: The new statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has arrived in Aurangabad and the formal inauguration ceremony will soon take place.
However, Maratha Kranti Morcha demanded that the opening of the statue must be carried out by the descendants of the maratha warrior king, not politicians.

When contacted, the civil authority said the official schedule for opening the statue had not been resolved.
