Bengaluru: The police have taken three men into custody because they allegedly damaged the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Bashyam Circle in Sadashivanagar on Friday.
The criminals applying black paint to the statue, located near Sankey Tank, in an effort to create communal disharmony, a police officer said.
