“The court rejected the argument by Shah’s lawyer for guarantees, and received the submission made by the Government of Government of PM Trivedi that there was a case of a strong facie against Shah and the probe was at a complicated stage.
The court said considering a greater interest, this was not a fit case to carry out energy and guarantee his discreciation grant.
