Times News Network Kanpur: The Investigation Committee formed by the Canpur Regency Authority Dehat has found Sho Rajpur Vinod Kumar guilty in the incident where a teenage girl from Jainpur in the district tried to commit suicide by eating questions on Monday.
The Committee has submitted its report to DM JP Singh and SP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary.
The girl was in treatment at Lala Lava Hospital Rai.
On the SP command, a case was registered against the suspended Sho at the Rajpur police station under the Pocso Act section, Assault and Intimidation.
The girl was suspected of trying to commit suicide after being summoned by Rajpur’s police about the complaint submitted by the Regional Army personnel Churkhi Jalaun.
In complaints, personnel have accused the girl to make photos of his unpleasant wife and viral telephone numbers on social media.
However, the girl’s mother accused her daughter harassed by Sho with the pretext of the question and said there were initial signs on the body of the girl who suggested that she was physically tortured.
After the initial investigation, SP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary had suspended Sho on Wednesday and a committee consisting of Rasoolabad HR Anju Verma and Co line Tanu Upadhyay was formed for investigation.
SP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary said that a case was registered in the suspended Sho.
“Actions will be taken on the basis of investigation reports,” added SP.
