Greater Noida: Greater Noida Authority on Monday launched a commercial scheme for built-up office space, shop, and kiosks in various sectors.
Under the scheme, the authority has offered 42 stores, including office space and 31 kiosks in various sectors.
Shops range from 10.4 square meters to 153.53 square meters, with one store 713.67 square meters, and offered at the price of Rs 87,360 per square meter, while the office space is offered at a price of Rs 27,310 per square meter.
The kiosk was given a price between Rs 5.97 Lakh and Rs 9.04 Lakh.
Allotment will be carried out via e-auction on October 22 which last date submission of documents is October 11.
Built-up shops and office space are offered in all sectors of Gamma 1 Kadamba Estate, BM Ecotech-2 Market, Swarn Nagari, Swarn Nagari.
, Delta 1 and 2, Depot Kasna Bus, Alpha 1 and 2, and Beta Shopping Centers 2.
Kiosks are offered in the Ecotech 2, 3, PI 1, 2 and 3, Phi-Chai sector, C and D Block Sigma Sigma Sigma 2, A and C Sector Block 37 and A and C Block Omicron Sector 3.
“Industrial investment in the larger region of Noida Authority has increased rapidly in recent years.
Because of this, demand for offices, shops, and kiosks has increased together with homes Housing.
Remembering this, the authority has launched a shop scheme, office and kiosk, “said Chandra in depth, additional Chief Executive Officer (Aceo) Gnida.
According to Aceo, while the form of brochures and applications from this scheme are available in Gnida and SBI portals, can be downloaded until October 4.
The last date for submitting the application form is October 11 after the shops, offices and kiosks will be explored on October 22.
