Patna: Luck Smiling at Sunita Devi, who defeated his mother Tara Devi with a lucky lottery for Pos Baha Chauki Ward (4) Members under the Dharhara Block in the Munger District as a result of the sixth phase of Panchayat elections was stated on Saturday.
