Sharma landed the second eagle in the event, when he was placed from 35 feet in the ninth par-5.
He also had three other birdies against two bogeys on the day when his condition was cooler and the wind circled, making a hard score.
He now has rounds 68-68-67 and seven below for 54 holes.
Previously, SSP Chawrasia missed the discount with 71-71.
American Sean Crocker fired an impressive six-bottom round 64 to join Renato Paratore in a tin one shot into the last day.
“I haven’t done anything new in the past few weeks.
I have worked hard, even though it’s not the best of the season for me,” Sharma said, who had completed the T-9 at Cazoo Classic and T-16 in an open hero.
“The last few weeks show promises and things seem to come together because I have followed my routine and process better.” I like this course.
