Patna: An Inspector Mosos Ali has been ordered on charges of murder after a Septuagenarian was arrested with liquor states smuggled dead in police custody in locking Police Mehsaul Lockup located under the city police station area in Sitamarhi Night on Monday night.
Ali is responsible for the leading post.
The deceased is Vishwanath Choudhary, around 72 years old.
He was arrested with 18 liters of the country making liquor from his residence in the number three ward in Krishna Nagar which was packaged in a small bag of 180ml each.
After death, a large number of residents blocked Mehsaul Chowk, located in the main market area of Sitamarhi City for several hours on Tuesday morning.
The blockade was cleaned only after the senior authority calmed the protesters and convinced them to the right investigation.
Sho City Police Station Vikash Kumar Rai said on Tuesday that Choudhary Gayatri Devi’s wife had submitted the quarter against Ali alleged that he killed her husband by struggling and attacked when he was in police custody.
When asked, Sitamarhi SP Har Kishore Rai said that Mehsaul Outpost who was responsible had been placed under the suspension due to negligence of the task.
“He should ensure that someone oversees the people arrested in detention,” Rai said.
He said that Choudhary was placed in locking after being arrested with liquor.
“Ali and the others are busy preparing FIR and other procedural jobs.
After about an hour, they went to the Kuncian and found the Choudhary exhibition.
He rushed to the hospital but the doctor said he was dead,” Rai said.
SP said Post-Mortem Choudhary was carried out by the medical council before a judge on Tuesday.
“Post-Mortem reports have been accepted where heart attacks have been mentioned as causes of death.
There is no sign of an external injury to the deceased’s body,” he said.
In accordance with the police, Choudhary and his wife were both involved in the business smuggling of the state liquor and were accused of smuggling of liquor.
“Both have been imprisoned on separate occasions in the past after being arrested with rural fluid,” said Sdpo Ramakant Upadhyay.
