Patna: An Inspector Mosos Ali has been ordered on charges of murder after a Septuagenarian was arrested with liquor states smuggled dead in police custody in locking Police Mehsaul Lockup located under the city police station area in Sitamarhi Night on Monday night.

SP said Post-Mortem Choudhary was carried out by the medical council before a judge on Tuesday.

There is no sign of an external injury to the deceased’s body,” he said.
In accordance with the police, Choudhary and his wife were both involved in the business smuggling of the state liquor and were accused of smuggling of liquor.
“Both have been imprisoned on separate occasions in the past after being arrested with rural fluid,” said Sdpo Ramakant Upadhyay.
