Hyderabad: Siddipet District Collector Penkata Rami Reddy has taken a political plunge after exiting the service.
The IAS officer given, who has one more year in his service, handed over his resignation on Monday.
“From the close interaction with the chairman of the Chandrasekhar Rao minister during my term as a district collector, I understood his vision for the country directly from him,” said Venkata Rami Reddy to the media who made sure that he had resigned.
Although there was no official announcement made, REDDY was expected to be reduced as a candidate for the powerful TRS party for the contest in the MLC poll.
It can be mentioned that Reddy has provided controversy during the inauguration of the Siddipet Collectorate District as he touched CM’s legs.
He explained that because CM was a union for him, he did it respectfully.
He began his service as a representative collector as a group 1 officer in 1996 and was found by IAS in 2007.
He has been with collectors and collectors for the past seven years.
He has become a collector of Siddipet District, Sireddy and Rajanna Sircilla.
He came from Odela in Peddapally District.
