New Delhi: The Indian Serum Institute (SII) has urged the government to take covishield inclusion in the Passport of Covid-19 European Union Vaccination with the European Union and other countries, saying if not done it will affect students and business travelers, and disrupt the Indian economy and global.
Only four vaccines of Comiraty from Pfizer / Bionontech, Moderna, Vaxzervia by AstraZeneca-Oxford and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen have been approved by the European Medicine Agency (EMA).
Only inoculated with this vaccine will be given a vaccination passport and allowed to travel in the EU during a pandemic.
